I would like to thank you for organising our reservation at the Huangshan Shilin Hotel. It truly was a wonderful experience to stay there. We were very happy with everything at the hotel. It is an excellent hotel and wonderful to find such a comfortable place to stay at the end of a very strenuous walk up Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province. The bedrooms were very comfortable with soft duvets and pillows, and the rooms had everything we wanted in them. It is truly a 4-star hotel. The hotel is beautifully furnished, the restaurant very, very good and the foot and body massages were perfect after the very steep walks up and down the mountainsides. It was a memorable experience, and it is the best hotel at the summit of Mt Huangshan. We could not have been happier with the hotel and there were no problems with our reservation through your company. Thank you again for your assistance with the reservation. |

Huangshan Shilin Hotel was a delightful and comfortable hotel to find at the end of a very strenuous but wonderful walk from the cablecar station. It was very very clean with every comfort you could want in the double rooms. Beds had lovely soft duvets and pillows and rooms very comfortable and truly 4 star. Restaurant was very good although understandably more expensive when everything has to be taken up the mountain by the porters. The leg and foot massages were perfect after the very tiring walks up and down the spectacular paths and stairways. It was an utter delight to find this gem at the top of the mountain. It is the best hotel of the few at Beihai Scenic Spot. A very memorable experience. |

Our stay was enjoyable. I would just notice the very poor English of the personal, which is a bit unsual for a 4 star hotel. Another comment though, the hotel is not easy to find from the arrival of the cabin car, everything is written in Chinese! We arrived quite late and we had to ask a man to guide us there. |
