Very friendly hotel, all staff speak good English, excellent meals, provides a great self serve breakfast. Exchange rate at the hotel for the Australian Dollar was better than at the airport, 5 minute walk to Hongqiao airport or a bus in provided, recommended |

Easily booked via Sinohotels, the hotel and all staff were very freindly and welcoming, the place is very convenient for Hongqiao. I didn't know in advance about the free shuttle bus to/from the airport but it is close enough to walk unless you have lots of luggage. I will stay there again. |

I would like to pass on my extreme gratitude for the wonderful service
provided by both your hotel booking service and service provided by the
staff at the Shanghai International Airport Hotel No. 2550 Hongqiao
Road. Last year I left a piece of luggage at Pudong Airport and it was
the next day before I noticed it was missing. The hotel staff were able
to quickly locate it and have it returned to me by taxi within an hour
and in time for my connecting domestic plane.
This week a staff member offered to accompany me in the hotel shuttle
bus to find the connecting bus service to Wuxi and helped me to buy my
ticket. She even lent me a hotel umbrella to take to Wuxi overnight with
me as it was raining. This is exceptional service and I am really
appreciative of their thoughtfulness and professionalism. I recommend
the hotel to you and to future travellers.

Hotel says there is a free shuttle service between Pudong and The hotel. This is the reason I booked this hotel.
My flight arrived at the time i put on the booking, which was 23:00 hours. I had to pay $45 [US Dollars] to get to hotel because the bus service does not operate after 23:00 hours. So slightly annoyed with the charge.
The hotel is located in nice location, and I would stay again. |
