For the price, I feel the front desk can be more professional. The first night we were assigned to Building 5, then we requested a transfer to a different room, turning out was in Building 6 which is bigger and having a patio. I was afraid they were going to increase the price. But they did not, The front desk said every room is the same price ????When we were first checked in, the front desk, told us we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Then she forgot us till one hour later. The butler took us to the room said they had lots of opening. Indeed, this is a big hotel. We got switched because we kept getting unwanted phone calls. They did not seem to care that much about "privacy". But overall, it was cleaned and quiet. The room services are good. The local calls should be free, they tried to charge us for that also they tried to charge us the regular fee. Luckily, I had the confirmation note from sinohotel. Sinohotel is good. |
