The excellent staff of this hotel make up for the so-so rooms. There is also a very good restaurant on site. The staff are very friendly, helpful and go
beyond duty in helping travellers. I highly recommend this hotel and give it five stars out of five.

There is not much of a selection of hotels to chose from in Luayang - considering this - I would definately recommend this hotel. Luayang is a very large city (9 million people) and getting around is complicated. The staff in this hotel were absolutely fantastic, spoke excellent English and helped with logistics and just about anything you would want. Although the hotel is a bit dated - the staff here rated amoung the best we experienced in China. |

Very poor hotel. This hotel is the worst we did in all China. Staff is very unfriendly and not helpfull at all. Do not go there. |
