We have stayed in this hotel in Sept 2005 and were totally pissed off. Firstly, we arrived late at night with 4 heavy luggages total weight of 60kg. No bell boy was there to carry up the stairs. to mke things worst, the lift is only available at the second floor, meaning we have to carry up the luggage up! Ridiculous!
When we thought that was it, the bed was short and hard. and it is not all. Water from the sink and bathtub is dirty brown and yellowish. After fixing for 3 hrs, engineer said that is the best he can do! Even the staff couldnt bathe in that kind of water! Staffs were rude . Calls to the main line and service room were slow and rude. We the guests had to make the calls from main line to service room instead of them doing the internal transfer of phone. We were suprised that this hotel can actually last till today. Never are we going to stay in that hotel again. |
