Good location to the airports and major attractions. however in locality not to much to do. everything is taxi ride away.
unfortunately it is a hotel that suffers from the smokers with even the Gym being unbearable due to the staff smoking in there!! |

Both my colleague and I had problems with this hotel. First, our flight arrival was almost midnight and the hotel couldn't find our reservation upon check-in. The fact that I have make a phone call 1 day before the check-in to double check on the reservation as well as arrangment for airport pick-up. Still, we encountered problems when check-in. That resulted to a long process of check-in time and worst of all, the staffs were rude. The rooms were clean but the aircon were not working properly. When we checked out and finally back to our own country, we received email indicating that we had not shown up at the hotel for our reservation. We have to end up providing info. of our check-in, room nos. etc. to proof that we did turn up for our reservation. It's definitely not a pleasant experience and there is no doubt that both my colleague and I will not use this hotel again. |
