A fine location and very elpful staff who are proficient in englsh help this to be a great place to stay in beijing. we particularly enjoyed the helpful front desk personel who always were happy to help us in any way needed. the rooms were small but clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I do wish we would have been allowed to go onto the grounds of the compound. we will return next time when we are in beijing. |

Hotel was OK, but I was disappointed that the garden is not part of the hotel, but outside.
Room was OK, nothing special but the lights were very limited (bathroom especially was very very dark ). As far as staff, a young lady was very very helpful and nice, but the rest of the staff was just polite, had with limited english and quite disorganized (taking care of a new question without completing what he was doing for you). |
