Rooms are very dirty and full of dust. They don't change towels. Slippers are re-used & sealed again. they dont vacuum the carpet. they dont clean the toilet properly. chambermaid are noisy, lazy & arrogant. bellboy dont help in carrying luggages. no attendant on the ground floor to assist the guests. credit card swipe are not updated, it does not recognized updated magnetic strip. obsolete facilities. front desk are not friendly, she does not speak english & tends to ignore guests. |

I stayed twice (2007 & 2008) in this hotel, it is value for money. Not only the location but also the room and staff service. You can request for Room #03 (facing Nanjing Road) the view is great. |

By far best feature of hotel is location. Facilities were quite adequate. I returned for two extra nights. Good value accommodation in a great location |
