I am dissapointed with the hotel, I used the hotel 20 years ago, I can not see much changes in the 20 years -staff do not smile; they are inefficient; food lacks of variety and is very expensive; the hotel charges seperately (90RMB) for using the swimming pool -which is never heard of in other 4-5 star hotels.
I would not recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Beijing.

Comment
I wish that to change bed sheets at least every two days. I needed face towels in the bathroom. Room needs self controlling air cooling and heating systems. It was cold and I couldn't turn the heat in the room. Needs elevators in every building. More English spoken stuff as well as cleaning crew needed. Bathroom needs 3 sets of towels such as hand towels, face towels, and bath towels.

Most of stuff that have hotel are clean for me. however, some stuff is not good(bath...). BUT! this hotel is SO quite place in beijing.

No HBO in the Hibin Building.
Air Conditioning System in Hibin Building very noisy.
Internet connection is costly.
Overall, it tends to be a bit pricey for the quality and services.
