Comment business, leisure and family did not apply in this situation. An enjoyable stay. Only wish there was some sort of snack bar or cheaper restaurant.

Comment Very good value but is not a 5-stars hotel in western standard. Bathtub faucet is malfunctioned is out dated. Guestroom furnitures and decoration are very ordinary. Did not receive reservation from Sinohotel and had to show my confirmation to get the rate.

Comment This hotel is the best value-for-the-money in town. No unneccessary luxury crap. The restaurants are excellent, but still very reasonalby priced. Location is very good and the staff is fast and reliable. Late night arrivals work well (compared an american 5star hotel in a major shopping mall near by).

Comment I was pleased that the hotel had received my reservation from you - Thank you!! However, even though the credit card number should have guaranteed the room, the hotel said my room was gone because my arrival was later than the time stated on the form. In Canada,when a credit card is used to guarantee the room, the hotel keeps the room even if the customer is late arriving. This was the only disappointing thing.
