Comment Good Location, currently under partly needed renovation, old Towels, simple Breakfeast, some Rooms view into a kind of Shaft means no view.

Comment The hotel location is very convenient to everything, and the staff were very helpful and helped us in our transport planning and arrangement. The room facilities were clean and in good condition. The breakfast area is based on large shared tables. This may be an area of improvement. I will stay at this hotel again at my next visit.

Comment The Hotel Location is “AAA” rating. Easy walking access to everything around Nanjing Lu. However if you have problem to get a taxi walk to the nearby “Sofitel” Hotel and the concierge in there will get you one. The Charms Hotel is not new, the room I’ve been into had a blocked shower and even the toilet was blocked most of the time, so make sure you check that before getting your room. The breakfast is Chinese , very busy and messy and non convenient for a single person to get a seat around the round six- place tables but it is included in the price of the room, so it turned out fine.
