We really liked this hotel. The location is perfect as there is a metro station just a few meters from the entrance. Many big shopping malls, and international bookstore, restaurants and Starbuck's cafes are found within walking distance. Hotel very modern, nice room, clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. Check-in and out were very fast. The business center got ut KCR rail tickets in two minutes. Breakfast was good. In all highly recommendable. |

Please pass on my thanks to your staff and the staff at the China Mayor's
Hotel in Guangzhou. While in Guangzhou, the staff went out of their way to
help me and make sure my needs were met. We had a bad experience at the
Guangzhou train station and the hotel reception staff were very
understanding and professional. The restaurant staff, the front desk staff,
the bell staff and the housekeeping staff were very friendly, polite and
helpful. I speak very little Phutongua and the staff were able to
communicate with me in English or make themselves understood when English
was not fluent. They really did a lot to make my stay comfortable. It
would be impossible to select one person as star as all employees should be
appreciated as stars. Thank you very much.
