Comment A very good hotel, excellent rooms, nice ambience, stayed in "A" wing very quiet unlike "B" wing which is very noisy. One comment taxi drivers do not know the hotel as it is in a complex but if you get the hotel card it is better also staff do not speak hardly any English but this is a common problem in Sanya.

Comment The hotel and rooms looks beautiful and clean but do not to take a room in the B-wing insist on another wing as it is opposite the road and on top of some nightclubs which are very noisy all hours of the night and can be heard all the way to the top floor. Our room was so noisy at night it was like we where on the street. Other than the B-wing the hotel is really nice with great concierge who can help you with a great driver to show you the sights. - Warning to all travellers don’t use Hannan Airlines. In my experience all their flights are late making it impossible to catch connecting flights (pathetic service)
