Many things that I think should not occur at 5-star hotel occured during 12-hour stay.
o Room type was changed silently from the one I reserved. Receptionist did not say anything about it.
o Receptionist also did not say our request for non-smoking room was rejected.
o When we asked them to check if other rooms of different bed type, which they offered to us but we did not choose, were non-smoking and not checked-in yet, they were not willing to communicate with us. They only repeated "all rooms are full" "Do you know the word 'full?'" like a broken cassette player.
o In stead, they offered smell cleaning service. But no one came to our room finally.
o Restaurant staff did not admit a mistake in a bill easily. Who would order another steamed rice with a congee for each?
o When the bill was corrected, a tea was added in the bill silently.
o Flushing water in the room toilet did not stop, which I fixed. |
