It is alittle rundown, but located in a very nice area directly by one of the canals. And the staff is helpful + friendly.

I had breakfast here one morning & would not again.
The location is great. Explore the temple area & market beside the hotel, they are great.
Staff were really helpful.
The hotel is a little run down , but what it lacks in that area it makes up for in location & staff attitude

Comment
Great location. Right by the Fuzi Miao. The staff does not really know English so that limits them to how much they can help you. They do offer a lot of facilities and restraunts though. Not a bad deal, especially for those who are pinching pennies. If money is not a matter, then the Mandarin Garden is a better choice.
