One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is truly a 5 star hotel anywhere in the world and I have travelled quite a bit because fo business. Excellent Hotel and I have stayed there now on four different occassions |

広州から離れているけれど静養には最高でした。ﾎﾃﾙの周辺環境も素晴らしいし、従業員の応接も行き届いたもので質問にも的確に答えてくれました。食事も良かったし、近くに日本料理もあって、満足でした。 |

とても清潔感があり、スタッフの態度も抜群に良かった、特に笑顔の挨拶は気持ちが良い。周辺の環境も非常によく、景色もとてもきれいでした。
ただ、交通の便はあまり良いとは言えず、近くのバスターミナルを介してまた別のバスターミナルや地下鉄の駅まででないとならないので、広東省各地へ赴く拠点としては不可。リゾートなら十分に楽しめます。

I had ordered a single room in the annex. I arrived late in the evening and when I first got my room it was a huge disappointment. Can this be true, am I really in a five star hotel? The annex is the Island area and the rooms are in Villas. My room was very small, just enough for the bed. And, there were no closet, not even a hanger to hang up the clothes. The bathroom and the toilet was in the corridor! Like in a Bed & Breakfast place. Next day when I arrived back to the hotel I went to talk to the Assistant Manager Stella Yuen, she first promised me a double room in the main building. Then she called me and said she wanted to have 60$ more, which I did not want to pay. Then she arranged me a new room in an other villa. This room was according to my expectations. Thank you very much Stella. The room had also a walk-in closet and spacey bathroom. But the only light in the room was the ceiling lamp. No light on the work desk, no light on the night table. Later I got one, when I complained about it. The Villa area is a short distance from the main building but the staff drove me back and forth with golf carts. The location wan not a problem. In general the staff was very friendly. The Assistant Manager showed me around at the hotel and the rooms in the main building were really nice. The Presidential Suite really something. It was gorgeous, fabulous. The garden area, both indoor and outdoor pools really nice. Good value for money during the Canton Fair time. The hotels location is the only disadvantage. By bus it's about 1 hours driving to the city. But, all together wonderful place which I warmly recommend. |
