Comment The staff was very helpful. The carpet in the hallways needs a good vacuuming.

Comment 0 means no rating given. The restaurant facilities would have achieved a 5 if the breakfast provided could be improved.

Comment This hotel is in a fabulous position for the Old Town district. It is clean, relatively inexpensive and the rooms are adequate. The single rooms are small and horribly crowded with an armchair and stool for which there's no room and an enormous television screen. Upon my arrival I was given a room without a window and it was not possible to get another one - I would have liked to have known in advance about this. It proved possible to ask in advance for a room with a window for when I returned to the hotel on my way home. All the publicity and the information in the rooms claim there is a sauna. There isn't - even though some of the hotel staff told me things like "It will open at 5.pm" or "It's only open in the morning". I'd certainly stay there again if I couldn't afford a slightly more comfortable hotel.
