A little faded and worn but it's great value for money considering its location on zhongyang street and its proximity to stalin park. The concierge was excellent, he gave excellent recommendations on places to go and helped us with transport. |

Our trip was great! Sinohotel staff, especially Lotus, really helped make our trip to Harbin wonderful. We had a tough time choosing a hotel, but with the help of Sinohotel, we made the very best choice. We were really concerned about finding a hotel with a convenient location, and Soghuajiang Gloria hotel is definitely the best location in Harbin! It is convenient to everything, and there is a great view of the Flood Control Monument and the Songhuajiang from the hotel restaurant. The staff at the Gloria is very helpful and kind, the free breakfast has many great choices, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I am sure some of the more expensive hotels have fancier and nicer rooms, but the Gloria rooms are nice enough. Your knowledgable staff's helpful info convinced us to stay at the Gloria. At first, reading the website info about the hotel, it didn't seem so special. After a lot of emails with your staff, we realized how perfect it was for what we wanted. Thanks for everything! We will definitely use Sinohotel again in the future.

Great location right downtown. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms. breakfast was not too good, but not really bad either. I think this hotel offers great value for the price! I would stay there again. |
