Entire complex, including swimming pool, shops, and even villas were stangely empty and closed, so facility did not support 5-star rating of hotel. I do not know what happened, but it is not recommended unless room itself is of interest.
Room was clean and well-maintained. However, staffs in reception desk should be trained and experienced more. |
