Those with zero rate means that I didn't have a chance to use the facilities. Staff attitude is low because most of them do not speak in English. If they are a 4 star hotel they should have an english speaking staff for the foreigner. The room smells smoke of cigarette and the staff doesn't understand when I asked them for air freshener. Location is good. |
