the hotel is new and very clean and pleasant.
the downside is that the room is small. and the hotel is hidden behind several tall office buildings, so there is no view whatsoever from the room windows. |

This is a GREAT discovery. Very modern room, very new, clean and neat. They also have a small gym which was great for me as this is rare to find in hotels less than 5 stars. Location is fantastic, 3 minutes walk to the Bund and the river, and 5 minutes walk to the famous shopping street. Also, underground metro station is less than 10 minutes walk (Line 2). I was commuting to the New Shanghai expo fair by underground. The underground journey on Line 2 takes 15-20 minutes + 10 minutes walk to the station from hotel.. so overall a nice half hour which I didn't mind because at night I would be close to everything else. Definitely recommended by all means, I'd stay there again. |
