you should remove the free pickup from airport. They are not there.I was told you have to call them???first u need to buy phonecard with no english instructions, and the phone has no english as well, what do u expect the guest to do??I was ripped off by 50 rmb just to get that hotel.SINOHOTEL,, removed the free pick up. just tell to get a taxi to reach there.They dont speak English, so how can you call on the other hand??? oh come on! |

Excellent hotel when in transit or arrive late. (Alot of weird people outside airport trying to get us to catch a ride with them and when you say no, they rudely stare at you and comment on you!) Thank god Vienna hotel provides air conditioned coach that picks you up from airport to their hotel, FREE! Only downfall is that it isnt very clear where you have to catch the coach.
Rooms were very nice to my surprise coz it wasnt very expensive so I wasnt expecting much, but I really enjoyed staying the one night I did. |

I arrived after 11 pm. No one was working at the airport hotel reservation desk. The bank was also closed. I had neither a cell phone or cash to make the call to the hotel directly for pick-up. My thanks to the security guard at the airport who was kindly using her phone card to call the hotel for me. I believe the hotel needs to wait at the airport for those who come in after hours.
