Clean, new hotel. Scored low in leisure, family and business as they were not part of my stay. Not really geared up for westerners, although some reception staff spoke English, but they have little concept of western life, including just going for a drink at the bar before having a meal. The rooms were also really cold, the aircon was obviously not reverse cycle-it was 12C in Shenzhen. But for the money, around US 50 a night, 1/5 of the price of an equivilent hotel in Singapore. The restaurant was also good, a meal for 6, a bottle of wine and a few beers 420RMB-bargain. I would stay there again and would recommend it if you are up that way. |
