This is the largest, best located and highest standard hostel in Beijing, every room with central air conditioning and individual controls.
The Backpackers Club and recreation area are on the third floor. The third floor also houses a computer/internet room, large self-contained kitchen and dining areas, a television and video room, a reading room, snooker tables, a bar, and a travel advice centre. On the first and second floors, you'll find a 24-hour supermarket, breakfast bar, coffee lounge, ATM, IC/IP phones, express film processing, and a post office.
Around the nearby Henderson Centre are fast food outlets such as Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald's, Subway, and Starbucks. There is also an abundance of cheap and cheerful ‘homestyle’ restaurants in the area. The Henderson Centre houses a department store, and in the vicinity you’ll find medical clinics, dental care, pharmacies, bookstores, and souvenir shops. The hostel adjoins the central business districts of Dong Dan and Wangfujing, where you can find every imaginable eatery, from exquisite Cantonese restaurants to simple street stalls.
ATM facilities can be found in the many banks along Jianguo Men Nei Dajie, just to the north of the hostel.
Tian'an Men Square, the Forbidden City (Gu Gong), The Temple of Heaven (Tian Tan), the Ancient Observatory (Gu Guanxiang Tai), Bei Hai Park, Tai Miao, and Wangfujing Dajie shopping street are all a short ride from the hotel.

Beijing City Central International Youth Hotel is located at the northwest corner of Beijing Zhan Qianjie, left across from the Beijing Railway Station. Bus terminal, airport shuttle bus stop and taxi stands are next to the railway station, and Beijing Zhan subway station (Exit A) is just outside the door.
Arriving by air: Take the "C" line of the Capital Airport shuttle bus to the terminus at Beijing Railway Station (Beijing Zhan) or Beijing International Hotel, (West Gate of the Hotel).
Arriving by train: (Beijing Zhan, Beijing Railway Station): The hostel is at the northwest corner of the station square. When you come out of the station, the hostel is diagonally opposite (slightly to your left).
Arriving by train: (Xi Ke Zhan, Beijing West Train Station): Take bus No.703 to Beijing Railway Station (Beijing Zhan).

The guest rooms on the third to sixth floors include suites, double rooms, single rooms, and four- and eight-bunk dormitories. Broadband internet access is available in the Standard Twin Rooms, Deluxe Standard Rooms and Double Bed Rooms.

The Backpacker's Club supplies delicious Chinese and Western buffet to you on the third floor from 6: 00 am to 10:30 am.

We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of our delux room, with plent of space for the extra bed we needed for the last night. Great being so close to the Railway Station, yet very quiet when windows were closed. Very good value for money. Thankyou. |
