A superb 4 star hotel with great value for money - prices are not so high, yet the rooms are big and spacious, the Spa is great and the service is good. The only thing needs adjustment is the staff's lack of English. You would expect staff at a chain hotel such as this, with so many tourists to have a better understanding of the language |

Best Western Beijing is really a new hotel and has good facilities.
Furnitures are nice and clean.
Free internet is a great advantage.
It is located next to famous Beijing Antique Market, 10 minutes walking distance.
Hotel staffs, only men, are gentle and kind.
Be careful not to contact women staffs who are all impolite and rude.
When you want to use public telephone, go to outside. |
