Good hotel and good value at a good location.
Reception staff could be abrupt and not very corteous, maintaining Beijing's reputation of not-very friendly people.
Beoig a 5-star hotal in Chaoyang business district, not able to comprehend basic and broken English could lead to either amusing or frustrating situations. |
