In one week: the toilet blocked 4 times (despite great care and no paper put into the bowl); the a/c cut out 3 times (I learned where to reset the cut-out switch above the ceiling panel); The room was not made-up when we returned at 3pm one day; We saw a rat running around the restaurant during breakfast on two occassions; breakfast at 7.30am when it opened was chaotic; on checking out at 8am, there was only one girl at the reception/cashier desk and she could not speek English so I could not voice my complaints. She could not operate the credit card equipment (although the hotel had previously taken my deposit for a larger sum using the same card)and the resulting delay almost caused us to miss the airport bus! I tried to contact the duty manager, but no-one speaking English was available. The hotel does not deserve even a 3* rating. |
