english is needed to be upgraded for all the staff since i found communicating with them very tiresome since they knew very little english whih is a universal language.Room facilities were not upto the standard since we stayed for four nights and the AC was not working. Inspite of upteen number of complaints no action was taken regarding this.Otherwise the staff were very friendly and the food was good. |

The room was dirty! Mold present in bathroom tub/shower. Floors were not cleaned/vacuumed the whole week. Carpet was stained and dusty. The rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We would not stay there again. Staff were helpful and polite. |
