We found the staff extremely rude, especially in the lobby bar. My mother was made fun of because she did not understand Chinese or the staff's poor English. On top of that, when we exchanged money, we were given fake bills. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, if someone is going to Beijing, I will tell them to not stay at the City Hotel. |
