I was very disappointed with the Regent Hotel
It should not be classified as 4 star. It should be 1 star or no star
They do not accept international cards like MasterCard
one of the largest card providers in the world
Restaurants all closed in the day time. Western restaurant
said to be 24 hours, only opens for breakfast
Hotel shops always closed
The quality of the breakfast was poor, both service and food
The room was smoky
