Worst wakeupcall-service ever.
We ordered a wakeupcall at 8.20 the woman in the reception even wrote it down on a paper. Guess if we were surprised when they were waking us up at 11.40 asking us if we want to check out. We almost missed our Flight from Beijing. When we asked the reception what the hell they didn't wake us up at the time we wanted the woman in the reception just smiled and said "No english, sir" Really crappy service. Other then that the service was ok. |
