Very satisfied with the services and facilities of the hotel. Lobby is grand. Room is large and clean. Washroom is tidy and well-equipped. All are above standard. Had a very nice and unforgettable stay in the hotel. But, a minor unpleasant experience happened before we left and we had emailed the case to the hotel.
