部屋はバスタブが小さいのが気になったが、それ以外は満足です。
チェックアウトの朝、押金(デポジット)の清算の際、最初に差し出された金額が、正しい金額より100元少ない金額であった。
こちらが、部屋代×宿泊数、その他の費用を計算していると、遅れて100元を差し出してきた。
明らかに、ごまかそうという意図が感じられたのが、大変不快であった。(男性スタッフ)

This hotel did NOT leave us with a good impression.
They did not honour our room reservations, and forced us to pay more for higher priced rooms the night we arrived.
We had made reservations for 2 standard rooms, and had confirmed our reservations several days before arriving, as we were arriving late at night.
However, when we arrived, we were told that there were no more standard rooms left, and only business suites were available for a much higher price.
We were, of course, very angry and felt taken advantage of, but had little choice as it was late at night, and we were extremely tired.
The next day, we had to spend quite a bit of time talking to the staff at the front desk before we were able to switch to the standard rooms we had reserved in advance. |
