I was very happy in my short stay. Most of the staff speaks good English. My flight was delayed by an hour. I still had the pick up when I checked out from the airport. Most of the restaurant staff doesn't speak English. But I was catered according to my needs with the help of the hotel reception staff. I am not going to stay in other hotels if I come to Guangzhou is for sure. I am highly impressed with their overall performance in all aspects of their customer service arrangements, etc., etc. I have no hesitation in recommending any client to this hotel as I felt sooooooo goooooood as the hotel implies... "Good East Hotel". |
