The hotel is in a spectacular setting in a renovated Soviet era building. Atmosphere is luxurious, the staff are efficient much along the lines of an upscale hotel and therefore provide little of the local atmosphere. Front desk staff were somewhat horrified at our request to rent bikes - needless to say the bikes didn`t appear. Nevertheless it is an excellent hotel definately up to international standards, and fantastic value. |
