This hotel needs some TLC and management that takes pride in doing a good. Job. The bed was hard and bumpy, the shower leaked. A floor attendant came into our room without permission. Seeing what was going on around me left me feeling that I was staying in a brothel. I would never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was terrible..sorry to be so negative, but sometimes the truth hurts |

Pazhou conference hotel, at first may appear as just an ordinary hotel. However, its the people at this hotel that surprised me most. They have been most accomodating with our needs. The staffs are very courteous and friendly and are NOT like the typically rude chinese I've met in Beijing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to visit Guangzhou. Although rates are unreasonably high because of the canton fair, the friendliness of the staff is really excellent especially for first-timers. |

I recently got a chance to stay at this hotel. It was my first ever stay in this hotel and I found the hotel very comfortable and much more better than what I expected. The staff is highly courteous and delegant and always there to help you. The hotel is just a 2 min. walk away from ChiGang Metro station, which gives an added advantage to any visitor to Guangzhou, besides having other near-by facilities including bank, super-store etc. I would like to give my special thanks to Ms. Cindy Wong, Assistant Manager there, for her personal attention to all my problems and helping me out at all times. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all visitors to Guangzhou and hope they will enjoy staying there. |
