thank you for your assistance in this reservation.
I did enjoy my stay in Hai Nan and liked the hotel, the difficulty is that all the staff do not speak English, no major problem for me because I speak reasonably Chinese but problematic for many foreign visitors who do not
speak it.
Saying that the staff of the hotel was helpful and did a good job thanks to them too. |
