I truly have been disappointed with this hotel. The staff are very rude and the room I got was really tiny. The shower got the whole bathroom forming like a pool. The reason I picked this hotel was that it had displayed that breakfast was included however the front desk denied this.
Do not go to the restaurant in the hotel, the table cloth was all torn and tattered and the food was really awful.
Sorry for the lousy feedback but I was going to write to you myself to say that I chose the accommodation based on the value and the feedback provided by others, obviously they got much better service and better rooms. I will not pick this hotel upon return to Shanghai.
