The hotel is very clean, some of the staff is nice, but most of them do not speak english. Taxidrivers have difficulty in finding the hotel, so make sure you always take your Beijing Map with you. |

After 1 night, i found no documents or brochures other than hotel services, in English. I don't have problem asking for help but i might have thought that both Cantonese and English might be available. |
