Poor room quality with bathroom drains not working, not adequate toilet paper, too few towels, wrong room configuration, poor complaint resolution and other issues which should rate this hotel stay a misery. |

フロントに為替表示がされているのにドル以外の両替が出来ず、隣接している建物に入っている中国銀行での両替となり、1時間半以上も待たされる。通常はフロントで両替が出来て当たり前であり、ものすごく不便である。最上階のレストランも景色は良いが、けして綺麗ではなく、サービスも良くない。 |
