This hotel is located between the rail station and the commercial center of Changsha. Although a bit far to walk to the shopping district there are several convenient bus lines one can use and there are restaurants and cafes close by. The hotel is very modern in appearance, big lobby. Breakfast was very good, and there were lot's of choices for Western breakfast. Some of the staff spoke English. The concierge arranged onward train ticket within an hour. We found it more difficult to get other tourist information from the staff. The business center provided internet access but it was quite expensive for Chinese standard. There was also the possibility to connect to the internet in the room. The room was big, nicely decorated, the bathroom had shower cubicle, and modern design. We had a nice view of the neon lights of Changsha from our room of the 12th floor. Definitely a very good choice. |

In a very convenient location and the staff were extremely helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they got us train tickets for the next morning within 5 minutes. The rooms were nice too, though somehow the cold water in my shower didn't work properly even after I had asked them to fix it. We didn't use the leisure facilities. |
