I arrived with my group in Beijing on Sept 20 and went to this hotel. They did not have a reservation for us even when I showed them the print out of the reservation confirmation. Thankfully they were able to find another room to put us into but we had to wait while they cleaned it. You can imagine after we arrived at 3 in the morning, had to wait forever for luggage, then finally got to the hotel by 5 to find this that I was not pleased.
We again arrived in Beijing from other travels yesterday on Oct 2. From another location I called to the hotel to confirm our booking. The English speaker on the phone said she could not find my reservation but it was obvious to me that she was not even looking. Then she hung up on me. I called again and she again said she did not have a reservation. I gave her the confirmation number that came from your company, plus my last name. Again it was obvious to me that she was not even looking for the reservation. So I simply asked if they had any rooms and to my dismay she said they were booked up...no rooms available.
Thought you should know that this hotel is not very good with foreign guests and the partnership that they seem to have with your booking agency.
