The Crosswaters Ecolodge and Spa (Shizishui Shengtai Dujiacun) is an ecotourism development located in a Nankun Mountain bamboo forest valley, just an hour drive west of Guangzhou.
The entire development has been designed with sensitivity to the surrounding environment, which is composed of sub-tropical forest, waterfalls and the convergence of two torrential rivers. Built almost entirely out of indigenous materials, the spa complex will eventually feature three villa-like dwellings with an array of treatment rooms and relaxation areas where guests can quietly reflect and the enjoy the scenery.
The spa's comprehensive therapeutic approach unites Jamu trademark treatments and special Chinese beauty and healing practices such as a warm green tea and chrysanthemum scrub, a bamboo crystal body mask or a yin and yang massage, a unique four-hand treatment that balances and restores energy.
