Reception staff did not speak any English. We were in a group and had forwarded names when booking but nothing had been done before arrival and so the process took a long time.
We asked the staff to confirm our bus for returning home- They did not do this but said that bus would collect us from the hotel. The bus waited on the other side of the road and so then left without us.
Breakfast in the hotel cafe was very expensive (RMB 80) |
