Stayed for 3nights, found check in staff extreamly rude, Arranged early check out, staff were all asleep, found security guard asleep in front lobby, it took 25mins to check out and this was after pre-arranging an early checkout for my onward flight. Had to pay for all leasure facilities, for a 4* hotel would expect at least swimming pool free for guest of hotel, there was a charge of100RMB per person for this facility. Clean hotel but for a 4* hotel expected a better attitued from staff, especially at check in as this is the first impression of the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to
