The service from the desk and management was horrible! Our non smoking room - the pillows reaked of smoke! Food was horrible and over priced, drinks and wine were worse. Save your money go somewhere else. The Grand Hyatt while I'm sure is more expensive was amazing and were I'll stay next time in Shanghai |
