Excellent location - staff couldn´t find our reservation, very slow check in - Consierge doesn´t speak English, very poor help and information of tourist places like Harbin Ice Festival - Standard II and Standard III rooms are very poor decorated and unpleasant, no real bathroom doors etc. - these rooms not worth the money of RMB 850, very bad value for money, specially compared to other hotels in China like Sofitel and Novotel hotels - heating very good, breakfast for Western tourists okay - Main restaurant appeared nicely, breakfast area and bar inside appear like built in later and lack of atmosphere - staff has the attitude and knowledge like 20 or 30 years ago and need more assistance and education - expectation due to the good reports in travel books and the room rate were not fullfilled |
