One of those enjoyable visits where all runs smoothly from arival to departure. Smart, cheerful and very helpful staff. The Deluxe Room was excellent and included fast and effective Internet which was also free of charge. I wished I had stayed longer and will certainly return to stay there again when in Shenzhen. |

Have to train staff better to handle international clients, ie speak better English.(they mumber when they don't know the words)
the front desk is also very careless, did not return my AMEX,cause me one hell of a problem.

I am a business traveller. The room is only fair considering that I pay 900rmb for it. The charges for sending faxes is 200rmb for half an hour which I find expensive. The only reason I use this hotel is that its high speed internet allows me to access my Lotus notes e-mail. In many Shenzhen hotels, Lotus notes is not supported by the Internet Service Provider. |
