When we arrived in the midst of the infamous Beijing blizzard thi Fall, the staff could not have been more accomodating and helpful. We were very happy with our rooms, the food that was prepared for us in the restuarant, and all the helpful advise and arrangements from Mr. Wang, the hotel manager. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends, and hope to return ourselves. I would suggest that potential guests carry the hotels name written in Chinese characters, and the hotel telephone number as the taxi drivers do not seem to be familiar with its location. |

Apart from being a bit difficult for the taxi drivers to find, the hotel itself and the staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful at all times. The room we had was brilliant and we could not have been happier to see two single beds in a seperate room from the main bedroom for our two small children. They even had their own TV to watch cartoons!! and movies!! I would definately stay again now that we know our way around a bit! A+ |
