I stayed at the SaiBao Hotel for the duration of the Canton FAir in October 07. The rooms are brand new and really excellent, compared to hotels of a similar price range which are usually old and tired and smelly and shabby. The owner had hired young students as translators and helpers. They were wonderfully enthusiastic and helpful. There was a good breakfast provided on the rooftop. The only drawback is that it is well off the beaten track for accessing restaurants etc. But they have a shuttle bus to the Fairs. You can find taxis eventually nearby. |
